Prices indicated on this website are in Euros. Our prices are dependent on the prices indicated by the photo labs we work with and may be modified consequently at any times. Due notice will be provided on our website of such changes. Information on this website are not contractual.

Collectors print are for a strict private use. They may not be used for any commercial purposes (advertising, promotional or otherwise).

While buying a print paper, you become the owner of the printed photo, but you are not acquiring the copyright in the image at stake which reproduction right remain the entire ownership of the photograph.

All reproduction under any manner for whatever reasons (commercial or private) strictly prohibited. These photographic works are protected by the Law of March 11, 1957 and all subsequent laws on Intellectual Property and Law of July 17, 1970 regarding rights of likeness. Image of the models at stake may not be used, reproduced, represented, interpreted or copied in whole or in part, under any shape or form, by whatever means and wherever, without the express prior written approval of the Author and provided that the conditions of the present agreement have been respected.

All other exploitation will need to be negotiated with the author. Any use that could cause any prejudice to the author and to the third parties which image is contained in the works is strictly prohibited. Any offenders will be prosecuted. By logging onto http://www.fredgoudon.com and by purchasing one or more photos, you agree to be bound by the present terms and conditions and acknowledge having read them. These Terms and conditions are applicable to any order made on http://www.fredgoudon.com .

Any order made is done under the sole responsibility of the person or company making it. The purchaser must pay all shipping costs whatever the country of destination of the order. The sending of the purchase order implies the full acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

The author reserves the right to make any changes to the present terms and conditions he deems appropriate.

Given the made to order nature of our work and in particular of our print enlargements, we reserve the right to slightly modify the presentation of any photographs so as to enhance it.

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978 on Date Protection, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. We may contact you to inform you by post and email of our future similar services and offers. If you do not wish to receive such offers, please inform us by providing us your name, first name and address to the following address : [email protected]

PAYMENT:

All payments will be made by wire transfer.
Shipping: shipping costs are usually on top of the indicated price. Goods are sent by express secured courier, either in a box or in a tube. The buyer will pay the costs of transport to the shipping company.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:

Goods are sent within 15 days in France and within 30 days outside France. This timeframe is provided as an indication only and may not give rise to any reason for cancellation of the order or refusal to receive the ordered goods should it be longer. Non respect of this indicated timeframe for delivery of the goods may not give claim for damages.

SHIPPING:

In all cases, goods transported are sent at the recipient’s own risks. The shipping company is sole responsible for all losses and damages. Price include packaging.

DELIVERY:

We take personal care to ensure goods are properly packaged. You must check the state of the goods upon arrival. The shipping company may not refuse you this right. A package may not look damaged and yet have been handled without care. In case of doubts, please notify any break or missing piece to the driver of the shipping company and indicate in a precise manner the number and the reference of the missing goods on the receipt.

CONFIRM WITHIN THREE DAYS FOLLOWING THE DELIVERY BY REGISTERED LETTER TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY: any issue regarding the delivery must be mentioned to us within 12 hours by email.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:

No cancellation will be admitted more than five days after the order has been made.

RETURN OF GOODS:

No return of goods may be made without our express prior written approval.

TAXES:

The buyer remains responsible for the payment of all taxes due in the country where he’s front and acknowledges bearing all responsibility for same.

CLAUSE OF OWNERSHIP:

In accordance with the Law of May 12, 1980 the transfer of ownership of our goods is only fully conducted upon payment by the buyer of the entirety of its price, as well as all corresponding sums linked to such price.

APPLICABLE JURISDICTION:

Any claims arising between the buyer and the manufacturer shall be governed by the law of the country of the manufacturer.
